OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission has continued to next week their discussion for a proposed ordinance allowing so-called “hobby cars.” Commissioners talked about the proposal Monday with members of the Over The Road Hang car club. The proposal would allow someone without a garage to restore a vehicle on the driveway or backyard.
