OSAWATOMIE — Motorists driving on John Brown Highway west of Osawatomie will have to detour beginning this week and through august. The state and county are redoing the John Brown intersection with Pressonville road. The county says you may want to consider taking 327th Street and Plum Creek Road as an alternate route. The detour will use 339th and 151st streets and Winchester and Indianapolis roads.
