OTTAWA — An Ottawa man charged with robbing the Pomona Casey’s store at knifepoint last fall pleaded no contest Monday in Franklin County District Court. Michael Powell, 51, will be sentenced March 1. Another Ottawa man, 24-year-old Andrew Brandon Beauchamp, pleaded guilty earlier and received a 36-month sentence.
