OTTAWA — The Franklin County Commission will consider new regulations that place new restrictions on older mobile homes at their meeting this morning. The county hasn’t changed its regulations since federal rules were first established in 1976, said county planner Larry Walrod. The new rules would require mobile homes moved into the county to meet federal rules written in 1994.
