OTTAWA — The Ottawa City commission will vote tonight whether to accept the low bid of $153,500 to install lighting on three blocks of the Prairie Spirit Trail. McElroy Electric of Topeka submitted the low bid. Most of the costs will be paid by a federal economic stimulus grant. Accepting the bid means the project will soon be under way, said city manager Richard Nienstedt.
