OTTAWA — Part of the Prairie Spirit Trail will soon be lighted. The Ottawa City Commission agreed Wednesday night to accept nearly $154,000 in federal economic stimulus money for the project. The commission also accepted the low bid for the work. The city will match the grant with $24,000 in money and labor.
