TOPEKA–The Kansas Supreme Court has dropped previous plans to close the state’s courts for one week during February in order to cut costs. Other budget cuts and new sources of money have made it possible to continue normal operations….the High Court will re-evaluate March 1 whether to have periodic court closures.
