WELLSVILLE — The investigation has been completed into a fire that destroyed a Wellsville dog kennel Thursday morning. Franklin County Undersheriff Steve Lunger said the State Fire Marshal has ruled the fire accidental and believes it started at the furnace. Damage is estimated at about $95,000, he said. Around a dozen dogs died in the fire.
