TOPEKA–The Kansas Supreme Court has denied a motion to reopen a dismissed lawsuit from several years ago over alleged unfair distribution of state aid to school districts in Kansas. The Court said there is nothing the plantiffs are seeking that they cannot accomplish by filing a new lawsuit.
