OTTAWA — Franklin County Sheriff’s officers said they received a theft report prior to the weekend. A 24-year-old Ottawa man reported that he left the keys in his truck parked in the 2600 block of Reno Road. The truck was stolen and it disappeared, tools and all. But he said the keys reappeared on his back porch and the truck reappeared undamaged at a nearby abandoned house undamaged.
