LAWRENCE — Three Lawrence men have been charged in federal court with conspiracy to manufacture, distribute and possess with the intent to distribute, more than 50 grams of methamphetamine. U.S. Attorney Lanny Welch said that Donald Milton Steele, 50; Randy Dyke, 50; and Anthony Wayne Sims, 57; appeared in U.S. District Court Friday. If they’re convicted the three could get at least 10 years in prison, Welch said.
