OTTAWA — The Ottawa Soroptimists awarded two $500 scholarships to two people and two groups recently. Paula Sullivan received the $500 Women’s Opportunity Award. She works for Hasty Awards of Ottawa and is attending Allen County Community College. Ottawa High School junior Anna Stone and two groups she volunteers for – Youth in Government and the Ottawa Youth Action Council will split the $500 Violet Richardson Award.
