OTTAWA — An Ottawa man is jailed following a reported aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. 54-year-old Sylvester Leroy Robinson was arrested Thursday afternoon. Lt. Adam Weingartner of the Ottawa Police Department says it stemmed from a dispute over some possible stolen property … and Robinson is accused of displaying a handgun.
