OTTAWA — The answer is blowing in the wind – and at this weekend’s KOFO Home and Garden Expo. Organizer Kathy Niehoff says there’ll be a wind-power company, VTI Wind Energy of Greensburg, the first among this year’s 44 exhibitors. The Expo will be noon-7 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at Ottawa Municipal Auditorium. There’ll be lots of prizes, including the KOFO’s grand prize of a 42-inch LCD TV awarded Saturday afternoon.
