OTTAWA — The Carnegie Cultural Center will be among the first historic buildings downtown to sport a new Ottawa Main Street marker. The Ottawa city commissioners decided to buy one of the first markers Wednesday night. The $300 cost will likely come out of the city’s community image fund.
