OTTAWA — An Ottawa man was sentenced to five years in prison Monday for kidnapping, aggravated battery and other domestic abuse charges against his long-time girl friend. Levi Houston was sentenced in Franklin County District Court. District Judge Thomas Sachse gave him credit for time he spent in the Franklin County jail. He faces other charges in connection with the case.
