OTTAWA — Now is the time to prepare for the severe weather that’s likely to hit the area this spring. Franklin County emergency management director Alan Radcliffe said you and your family should make a plan for what to do in case of a weather emergency and be prepared to follow that plan. He said you also need to check your all-hazards NOAA weather radio and make sure the batteries are good.
