WELLSVILLE — A Wellsville sailor has helped with relief operations for earthquake-devastated Haiti. U.S. Navy petty officer Lee Troxel is aboard the aircraft carrier Carl Vinson. The Vinson’s helicopters ferried food and emergency supplies to Haiti and injured Haitians to Navy hospital and other medical facilities. The Vinson recently departed the region and is heading to its new home base at San Diego.
