TOPEKA — April 15 is the deadline – and not for just income taxes. The Kansas Department of Transportation is looking for teens to submit entries to its Sobriety Rocks contest. Teens can win one of four $1,000 scholarships in art, poetry, music or video discussing the dangers of underage drinking in Kansas.
