OTTAWA — In a short meeting Wednesday night, the Ottawa Planning Ccommission continued its work of reclassifying areas outside the city but inside the urban growth area. Under an agreement with the county, the city planners are changing those areas to city zoning classifications. Assistant city planner Tom Yahl said the work is being done in stages and this time, the planners changed 12 properties totaling about 900 acres. north of the city.
