OTTAWA — The Ottawa Power of the Past will expand the size of its building at 621 N. Locust. The antique tractor and engine club received the OK from the city planning commission for the expansion Wednesday night. The Power of Oast plans to expand the building, which is 3,300 square feet, by another half, or another 1,650 square feet.
