BALDWIN–Road maintenance is a big casualty of the on-going Kansas budget crisis. Kansas Governor Mark Parkinson has cancelled nearly all highway maintenance projects the rest of this year. State Representative Tony Brown of Baldwin says postponing road repairs only makes things worse later on.
