OTTAWA–A candidate for the Pomona City Council who was eliminated from the April ballot by the March 2 Primary has filed an objection to the results. Walter Cunningham was dropped from the April election after the Franklin County Clerk’s office canvassed the Primary Returns. A hearing to consider the objection will be held Tuesday, March 16 at 2pm in the Franklin County Courthouse, 315 S. Main, in Room 105.
