OTTAWA — The 4-H Cloverbuds will meet tonight at 6:30 at Elliott Hall at the First Baptist Church. Franklin County Extension agent Jo Ellen Arnold said the group is open to any child 5 or 6 and their parents and will be a fun time. Each meeting has a particular theme and tonight’s is about the weather, she said.
