OTTAWA — When they meet Wednesday morning, the Ottawa city commissioners are expected  set a public hearing for April 7 to issue bonds to rebuild the Ottawa airport. City manager Richard Nienstedt says the money from the bonds will be combined with an insurance settlement to build a new hangar and terminal. The city could issue $1 million in bonds but he said the city doesn’t intend to use the full amount. Construction should begin soon, he said. The hangar and terminal were severely damaged by last summer’s 100-mile-an-hour windstorm.
