OTTAWA — Deer caused three non-injury traffic accidents in four days in Franklin County. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said a teenager from Roeland Park lost control of his pickup Friday afternoon after he swerved to miss a deer at Marshall and Virginia roads near Peoria. His truck rolled and was destroyed. Henry Vidal, Minneapolis, Minn., hit a deer Saturday morning on I-35 near K-68. Georgia Rolland, Ottawa, hit a deer on Old 50 between Georgia and Idaho roads Monday morning.
