OSWATOMIE — A former Osawatomie resident who is an actor returned to her former town this weekend to shoot a short film called “Change For a Dollar.” Sharon Wright told the Osawatomie Journal that the film is her first effort behind the camera. She planned to use Osawatomie residents as extras as she filmed at various locations in the city. Wright said the movie follows a man wearing a sign that says ‘change’ and how he manages to change people’s lives with just a dollar.
