OTTAWA — Three Ottawans reported their vehicles were vandalized in the 800 block of South Ash Street Tuesday evening. Ottawa police said they have arrested three people in connection with the vandalism. They are Kyle Hodges, 20, Ottawa, 18-year-old Blake Proctor, 18, Ottawa, and a 16-year-old boy from Wellsville.
