OTTAWA — This morning’s Spring Fling begins with an all-day open gym at the Woodward Center at 9 and the OU Baseball Experience at the Ottawa University Mabee Center also beginning at 9. Bring your mitt. Grades K-2, 9-10; grades 3-5, 10-11; grades 6-8, 11-noon. “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” will be performed by ACT Ottawa beginning at 10 at First Baptist Church. Today’s free lunch includes mini pizzas and will be served beginning at 11 at Elliott Hall at the First Baptist Church. The popular giant kickball game will be at Orlis Cox Fields at 12:30. “Green Arts & Crafts” will be 1-3 p.m. at Ottawa Municipal Auditorium. “Tractors, Trucks & More” will be 2-5 p.m. at Orlis Cox and will include fire trucks and police vehicles. Tennis for different age groups will begin at 2 p.m. at Forest Park. In case of inclement weather, tennis will be held at OU’s Mabee Center. Skating at the Rink for all ages will be 6-9 p.m. Admission is $1. A free movie will be screened at Ottawa Municipal Auditorium at 7.
