TOPEKA–No surprise here, but there is no drought in Kansas. The Kansas Water Office says all parts of the state show sufficient precipitation. The topsoil moisture in Kansas is very good, with only 4% rated as short or very short. A year ago, 66% of topsoil was short or very short of moisture.
