OTTAWA–The former Wal Mart Distribution General Manager has been sentenced to 1 year probation after pleading no contest to one charge of disorderly conduct. Dale O. Moore was previously charged with stalking an Ottawa woman. As part of his probation, Moore is to avoid contact with the victim, and undergo alcohol and drug testing, and cannot use any substance containing alcohol. This includes any medications such a cough suppressants. He also is barred from using mouthwash or breath spray containing alcohol.
