OTTAWA — Tim Soule has been named the new pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Ottawa. He and his wife Debbie come from the First Presbyterian Church of Hutchinson. Soule will conduct his first service in Ottawa next Sunday which is Palm Sunday. The public is invited.
