OTTAWA — After looking at building its own facility in southern Ottawa, the Ottawa Family Physicians clinic has decided to negotiate a 20-year lease to expand its office space at the Franklin County Annex at 15th and Main in Ottawa. The clinic will get additional space at the annex but as more space becomes more available and the county doesn’t need it, the clinic will get the first option on leasing it, county administrator Lisa Johnson said. The clinic would pay the county a little more than $145,000 per year, including the additional space. Commissioners will vote on the lease Wednesday morning.
