OTTAWA — The Ransom Memorial Hospital Charitable Foundation has started a campaign to raise $500,000 for a new digital mammography machine by October. The new digital mammography will improve the hospital staff’s ability to diagnose breast tumors, said Larry Felix, RMH chief executive officer.
