WASHINGTON — The deaths of three infants has triggered a recall of more than a million baby slings. Federal regulators have issued a warning to parents: Stop using the Infantino baby sling immediately if your baby is under four months. ABC reports that the deaths of three infants has triggered a recall of more than a million Infantino Sling Riders and Wendy Bellissimos in the U.S. and in Canada. The Consumer Product Safety Commission had warned earlier this month that sling-style carriers pose a suffocation risk to newborns.
