OTTAWA — The Franklin County Commission approved a 20-year lease Wednesday with Ottawa Family Physicians for their offices at the county annex. The lease allows the medical office to renovate and expand into more space as it becomes available. That includes office space being vacated by Ransom Memorial Hospital next month, said county administrator Lisa Johnson. Commissioner Ed Taylor said the new agreement is a good deal for both parties.
