OTTAWA — An 18-year-old Ottawa man was hauled into the Franklin County jail after a run-in with Ottawa police over a flat-bed trailer Sunday night. Eric Parson was arrested on suspicion of theft involving the trailer. A 17-year-old Ottawa woman was arrested for suspicion of battery on a law enforcement officer and obstructing the legal process in connection with the incident.
