RICHMOND — 33-year-old Barbara Cash told Franklin County deputies that a Richmond man threatened her with a knife in the 100 block of Kalloch Street in Richmond early Saturday morning. She told deputies that the man was drunk. The sheriff’s office said the man left and he hasn’t been located yet.
