OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said Gordon Baker, 72, Red Wing, Minn., was driving a semi-truck on I-35 south of Ottawa when he fell asleep late Friday night. Deputies said Baker’s truck ran off the highway, down an embankment and ended up in a field. He wasn’t injured.
