OTTAWA — Thirteen-year-old bicyclist Nick Barlow of Ottawa was treated at Ransom Memorial Hospital and released Friday afternoon after he was hit by a pickup truck driven by Ethan Thompson. Police Sgt. Mike Hathaway said the bicyclist was going through the parking lot at Ottawa High School when he hit the truck as it was turning into the parking lot.
