OTTAWA — Ottawa isn’t going to the dogs. Police canine units from are in town for their annual certification training. Franklin County Sheriff’s Lt. Jeff Curry says 15 canine teams are training in and around Ottawa this week, getting certified in tracking down drugs, finding people and defending officer, he said.
