OTTAWA — The Franklin County Red Cross is hosting a blood drive this afternoon from noon to 6 at the National Guard armory. The goal is 69 donors. The Red Cross’s Bev Kerbs said that in recent weeks, the number of donors has dropped whenever the day has been sunny and nice. Every donor is needed regardless of the weather, she said.
