OTTAWA — Ottawa police say they arrested two Ottawa men late Tuesday night who appeared to be stealing items from Orscheln’s storage area in the 2000 block of Princeton Street. Matthew Lang, 18, and Christopher Cook, 19, were arrested of suspicion of theft and criminal damage to property.
