OTTAWA — The Franklin County Commission went into executive session Wednesday to discuss buying more land for the Franklin County Transfer Station. They took no action and county administrator Lisa Johnson said there’s no hurry to buy. The county is eventually looking at expanding the landfill and has included money in the budget, but she said there’s no immediate need.
