LAWRENCE–Two workers were killed after an industrial accident yesterday afternoon at the Magnagro International Plant in Lawrence. Lawrence Police say two men fell into a tank containing an unknown substance. A Lawrence Memorial Hospital official later said the tank is thought to have contained 80% cane molasses which in a poorly ventilated area can convert to carbon monoxide.
