OTTAWA — Franklin County Sheriff’s officers responded to two reports of gunshots over the weekend, one near Peoria and the other in Williamsburg.

Undersheriff Steve Lunger said 21-year-old Mikael Englund of Richmond was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault, criminal possession of firearm, criminal damage to property and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2400 block of Ohio Road near Peoria late Friday night.  Englund shot a lock on a gate at his parents’ house and then fired several shots at a vehicle, Lunger said.  A passenger in Englund’s vehicle, 27-year-old Rickie Wagner of Kansas City was arrested for suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia at the same time.  In the second incident, 30-year-old Hannah Milburn of Williamsburg was arrested for suspicion of disorderly conduct. Lunger said she fired several shots from a handgun from her back porch Saturday night.  Lunger said there was no reason given why she was firing in the sky.
