OTTAWA — After meeting with county administrator Lisa Johnson Monday, the Ottawa City commissioners gave their blessing to a two-year, three-way $50,000 grant application for an energy manager to study and help cut utility costs for the partners. The application would involve the county, the city and the Ottawa school board, all of whom have expressed their support. The city of Wellsville asked to be a part of the application but county commissioners, who are the lead group for the grant, decided to keep the number of applicants to three.
