TOPEKA — Kansas Insurance Commissioner Sandy Praeger has issued a warning about a new scam involving the new federal health care reform. Praeger said she’s received reports indicate that scam artists are showing up at Kansas homes, especially those of older Kansans, representing themselves as federal agents selling “Obamacare” insurance policies. She said you should “stop, call and confirm.” Call the Kansas Insurance Department’s consumer hotline at 800-432-2484.
