OSAWATOMIE — In Osawatomie, Lawrence Dickinson and city council member Tamara Maichel were the winners Tuesday in the contested races for the Osawatomie City Council. Dickinson had 21 votes to Troy Dalton’s 16 votes. Maichel had 29 votes to Dwight Francis’ 21. Council member Karen LaDeux has no opponents. John Farley also won. His opponent Jamie Wilson dropped out of the race.
