GARNETT — Incumbent Garnett City Commissioner Greg Gwin won a resounding second term Tuesday. Gwin was won by a 3 to 1 margin over his challengers Jan Fagg and Jeanece Brummel. Gwin had 311 votes, Fagg 96 votes and Brummel 21. Voter turnout 19 percent.
